Patryk began his journey in the industry as a Carer, working up to Field Manager Carer, Care Coordinator, and eventually Registered Manager. Along the way, he earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management in Healthcare. Outside work, he enjoys crossword puzzles, cherishes family moments with his three young children, takes on globetrotting adventures, and time with his new kitten.
Tara began her career as a solicitor in 2001, specialising in family and finance law. In 2014, she transitioned into the finance sector, stepping into the role of Head of Compliance for an FCA-registered company. Always up for a new challenge, she became a Financial Advisor in 2022 and joined Silverberry Care in 2024. Beyond work, Tara loves yoga and exploring new places. At home, she’s kept busy with her 16-year-old son, her loyal 14-year-old cat, Charley, and a playful dog named Bigs.
With an impressive 25-year journey in caregiving, spanning senior care, mental health, and counseling, alongside Level 3 & 4 qualifications in Health and Social Care, Lucy brings a wealth of experience and expertise. Outside of the realm of care, Lucy finds joy in astrology, holistic medicine, and the artistry of furniture. She balances her career and personal passions alongside raising two wonderful children, a son and daughter.

Kayleigh stepped into the world of caregiving in 2022, inspired by her mum Julie's three-decade journey in the field. Currently pursuing Level 3 Health & Social Care, she finds joy in reading and cherishing family moments with her three lovely daughters. An avid Netflix binger, she also shares her home with three adorable cats.
Isaac is currently working towards his AAT – Accounting & Bookkeeping Qualification.
Outside of his studies, he’s a passionate Coventry City Football fan. He also has a love for Formula 1 racing and is a huge fan of Lewis Hamilton, following his races and achievements closely. At home, he enjoys the company of his six-year-old Rottweiler, Bigs and his twelve-year-old cat, Charley.
Vanessa is a mother of five adult children and Nanna to two teenagers, with her old cat Norris and lively Staffy Milo completing the family. Formerly in administration, she found her inner artist and became the first person in the UK to achieve Certified Decorative Artist (CDA) status via the Decorative Artists Academy, USA, and is also a Level 4 Certified Powertex Tutor. Passionate about the positive impact of creative activities on mental health, Vanessa loves sharing her skills. In her downtime, she enjoys reading thrillers and crocheting granny squares, though she has no idea what she will do with them all!
Sylvie has been a dedicated carer for seven years and has called the UK home for 34 years, though she was originally born in the sunny South of France. She is a proud mum of two wonderful kids in their 20s - a daughter and a son. In her downtime, she loves listening to her favourite music, getting lost in a sudoku puzzle, and watching the thrills of motor racing. She has a genuine passion for her work, always finding joy in learning from the people she cares for, which makes every day a rewarding experience!
Solomon began his journey into the care sector in 2022 after moving to the UK for a Master’s in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Motivated by empathy and a desire to serve, he started volunteering with TLC Befriender, inspiring his commitment to a career in care. He values spending time with his wife and three daughters.
In 2019, Solomon was part of Team Ghana, which made history by winning the first African Minigolf Cup of Nations (AMCON), triumphing over 11 other African countries.
Benhildah is a proud mother of three wonderful children—two daughters and a son—aged between 13 and 24. She’s a total movie buff and loves nothing more than spending time with her family. Whether she’s trying out new foods or exploring exciting places, she’s always up for an adventure. Creating meaningful memories with her loved ones is what she values most.
Dan previously worked for a Finance & Insurance company for over 16 years before moving into the Domiciliary Care sector.
He is a book enthusiast who loves getting lost in a good book. In his downtime, Dan can often be found at the snooker table, perfecting his game, or taking relaxing walks with his dog while catching up on his favourite podcasts.
Married for nearly 20 years, he's a proud husband and father to one wonderful child.
Simran has a Master’s in Psychology from Coventry University and another in Clinical Child Psychology from ARU Cambridge. She’s also completed the NVQ Level 5 Adult Care Management Programme.
When she’s not busy with her work, Simran loves cooking up new recipes, getting creative with DIY projects, and discovering all the amazing spots the UK has to offer.
